Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom orders (screen printing, embroidery, gang sheets) may require additional time depending on complexity and volume. You'll receive a confirmation email with an estimated ship date once your order is in production.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the UPS website or reply to your order confirmation email for assistance. If you don't receive tracking within 3 business days, check your spam folder or contact us.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories (APO/FPO/DPO addresses). For international orders outside the US, please contact our team for a custom quote. International shipping rates, customs duties, and import taxes vary by destination.
Need it fast?
Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST Monday–Friday with Next Day Air shipping ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day.
