What is DTF?
Direct-to-Film (DTF) is a printing method where designs are printed onto a special PET film with CMYK+White ink, coated with hot melt powder, and heat-pressed onto garments. It works on cotton, polyester, blends, and even hard surfaces.
How DTF Printing Works
1) Design is printed on film (CMYK + white underbase), 2) Hot melt powder is applied and cured, 3) Transfer is heat-pressed onto the garment at 320°F for 15 seconds, 4) Film is peeled — hot or cold depending on the film type.

Artwork Requirements
