What's the minimum order?
Minimums vary by type: Embroidered, PVC, and Leatherette start at 10 pieces. Chenille, Woven, and Sublimated start at 25. Screen Printed starts at 50.
What file format should I upload?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) work best. We can also work with high-resolution PNG or JPG at 300 DPI.
Do you charge setup fees?
No setup fees on most patch orders. Digitizing for embroidered patches is included in the per-piece price.
What backing options are available?
Sew-on, iron-on, hook & loop, peel & stick, magnetic, and loose patches. PVC patches ship with hook & loop by default.
Can I get a sample before ordering in bulk?
